IF you are referring to your Password for your AppleID then you can go to this page; https://appleid.apple.com/
Once there, you will want to go to the security section. Next you click change password. Then enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password. Then click change password. Your AppleID password will then be changed. if that is the password you are talking about when attempting to download apps.
IF you are referring to it asking for a numeral passcode or one that is your phone passcode, simpally change your phone passcode.
