I just updated my Mac Pro OSX to Capitan as a free upgrade and now my Mac does not have Pages, Numbers, and Keynote software which was built in as default in my previous OSX? Now I have to buy them from App store?

Those aren’t part of the OS but may have been bundled with your computer.
If you associated them with an Apple ID, log into the Mac App Store with it and click on the Purchases tab. If not, click here and contact Apple.
