iphone 6 with a consistently lagging keyboard for over a month

I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2.1 and the keyboard has been consistently lagging for over a month. It takes me 1-2 minutes to send one text and I don't know what to do about it. Need it to be fixed ASAP!!

See if this helps: Open Settings > General > scroll down to Reset (at the bottom) > tap Reset Keyboard Dictionary
