Why does all my apps keep crashing when updated to the iOS 9.2.1?

SSince I updated to the newest iOS 9.2.1. All my apps just crash down. I can't access the mail app it tries to open but just closes. is there something wrong with the new update? Also how do I kove the keyboard from the middle of the screen? It's annoying how it takes up most of the middle page. Please help can't use iBooks or mangastorn all. thanks
