I created two iCloud accounts how do I remove one?

I have an iPhone 6 with my iCloud set up but today I purchased a macbook air and I forgot about the iCloud that I had with my iPhone set up. Now I created two accounts, how do I get rid of one so I can combine my laptop to my iPhone?
