What do I do when Safari disappears from my IPAD?
I Can't seem to click on one of my icons (except email) and go to that site. I just discovered that Safari isn't shown.

Safari cannot be deleted, it is a native iOS app. You can search for it, to see if it is hiding in a folder. If in a folder, that folder will be listed in the search info. Another possibility is if you have turned on a restriction for it. You can check that in Settings>General>Restrictions.

RRestrictions are off
You've tried searching for it via the iPad's spotlight search screen, and you haven't got any profiles (e.g. is it a work or school iPad ?) installed on the iPad that might have hidden it ?
