Cleaning "Other" category of my IPhone 6 Storage

How can I clean "other" categories on my Iphone 6 storage. It has already eaten up to 10Gig

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1

thanks. Last I check it has already eaten up 17.6 Gig.

Are there other alternatives?
