Assistive Touch Smoothness

Hi! So i just bought a new Iphone 6s Plus last Christmas and I have a few issues with it:

1.) In a crowded screen full of apps or letters, everytime I open Assistive Touch, it is not as smooth as it usually does.( For Example, go to Settings, Cellular, then scroll down maybe halfway then try to open assisitve touch. It doesnt open smoothly, like it is lagging. Compare it to opening assistive touch on your Home Screen,

Anyone having the same problem on their Iphone 6s plus? my friend who has an iphone 5s has a smooth opening for assistive touch even in the cellular page.
