Hi, I'm having issues with my 5th gen iPod. I can't seem to get it to sync with iTunes past 2 of 6 during back up. All software is up to date....is there something I am missing? Please help!

A warning sign just came up and said it couldn't find my iPod as well. 😟
Quit and restart iTunes, then try again. This usually resolves the issue. If it doesn't, Reset your iPod.
Check your USB connections
Errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014. You might also see a message that includes "invalid response."
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you might not be able to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, try different equipment:
