I uninstalled icloud control panel on my windows 10 laptop because it was not working properly with Outlook 2016. However when I try to reinstall it I get a message saying "a later version of icloud for windows is already installed on this computer" and I am now unable to install icloud at all. There is no sign of icloud or anything related to it in the control panel. any ideas?
