Netflix and HBO black screen no video but sound ok

Hi,

I've had video problems with my Apple TV 4. Sometimes my HBO and Netflix apps doesn't show video. The screen is just black but the sound is ok. It's not all the time but happens every other day for some time, for example it worked fine last night but this morning it didn't work. The problem has occured like five times since I bought it two weeks ago.

When I have problem with these two apps it still work with other streaming services that doesn't need login account.

I've tried reinstalling the apps and tried resetting the system and also tried a different HDMI cable. But nothing seems to resolve the problem.
