Windows 7 Taking up 60GB on bootcamp?

So pretty much, I installed Windows 7 on my MacBook 2014 13 inch non-retina (i think its non-retina) and it worked quite badly at first, and that was the drivers problem, so i reinstalled it, this time working perfectly until I started running out of space so I decided to reinstall to make more space. So I installed it a 3rd time and set the Partition as large as I could ( at that time it was 116 GB) and I installed all the drivers, etc. So I naturally went on to set up Steam and download some games, so I checked how much space I had on the Windows 7 Bootcamp partition. I had 36 GB left out of what it said was 108 GB. I hadn't installed anything else. So it must be Windows 7 taking up about 60-70 GB of space yet it should only take up at most 30!

Please help me with this because otherwise I cant install all my only-windows-compatible games that I have PAID for and cant refund now ;-; please halp

There are two large files (derived based on the RAM installed on your Mac). Here is an example from the OSX Terminal looking at the Bootcamp volume. Please notice the last two files are 28Gb in total size.

ls -lgh /Volumes/rMBPBCMP/

Ah yes, I have tried this, I have deleted the hiberfil.sys which made about 3GB of space and the pagefile.sys has made about 4GB of space, but other than that I don't know why its taking up so much space. Also I only just installed windows a few days ago so I am pretty new to the operating system. I have looked around a bit and it seems everyone else has no problem or it got solved by deleting pagefile and hiberfil.

Any help is much appreciated.
