iPod is telling me to connect to iTunes to enable it
I have an issue with my grandsons iPod I have tried to enable it through the recovery mode but itunes does not appear to see the iPod any help would be appreciated. I am not sure of the version but it is a couple of years old also not sure if it is an iPod touch it doesn't have a camera.
