Old numbers of former Iphone appear on new Iphone, but not in contacts

I do have a new Iphone 6 with a new number. Before I had Iphone 4s with another number. When I want to send a text message and randomly press a letter, older contacts appear (from my Iphone4s) but they do not appear in my contacts. I wonder where I can find all those numbers?

I tried to look on Icloud, that I use now and used before when having a 4s, but I can't find them.

Can anybody tell me where they are or where i can find them?

I also have old contacts from Gmail appearing but i've never saved numbers there and Idk if there is a link with this.
