Can hard plastic case cause any harm to my iPhone?

Hi there, so I just bought http://www.ebay.de/itm/252136351272?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&var=55097481205 3&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and was thinking, since I put it together and the hard plastic is against my iPhone coating, can any scratches or blemishes or chips me made? Lets say where the volume buttons are or the power button. Thanks

Probably. When two surfaces meet and there's any friction whatsoever, over time erosion can occur.

That's why slowly flowing water will eventually cut a valley into a mountain. You probably need to read product reviews for that particular case to see what people say.

To be honest, expecting your iPhone to remain in pristine showroom condition is unrealistic. It's a tool, not a work of art.
