Q: How do I unsubscribed from Apple Music free trial

Hello,

I need to change my Country/Region in my Apple ID as soon as possible.

When I try to change it, it gives me this message: "To changes stores you must first cancel your Apple Music membership".

I have a Music free trial membership right now that ends on the 6th of March.

I turned off the automatic renewal but I still have this free membership which I do not want anymore as I need to cancel it right now otherwise I am not able to change Country/Region and do anything I need with my Apple ID.

Does anyone have idea on how this could be done? Can someone help me with this?
