Q: The podcasts app is stopping all other apps from being downloaded

My machine is iMac 2012/2013 running el captain that I just got in my office.

I wanted to download all my purchased apps to iTunes. This went smoothly until the order of the way of 'download all' option came came to podcasts. However I keep getting this error.

Since there is no command or shift click selection I'm stuck unless I'm willing to manually click on each of the 100 apps there are. Please provide a solution for this problem.
