iPhone 5 front camera not working freeze

Hello after buying a used iPhone 5 i checked camera app.

Back camera works fine but when i try to turn to front camera image freeze! i have also changed the front camera but nothing again!

please help me!

This may be a hardware issue. Try resetting the phone and restore it to factory settings. If these steps don't work, contact Apple and ask for help.
