i forgot my secret question and i dont have safe email...and most problem now im in ukraine its doesnt have any suport from apple as call or live store((( what i need to do?!)

It they reset them you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
I assume you remember your Apple ID which is your email account, you can go to this link:- https://appleid.apple.com/ and log in to your account where you can complete all the required details.
If your do not remember your Apple ID password then you can also reset the password from the same link.

The OP has forgotten their security questions, to reset them you either need to already have a rescue email address on your account or to contact Support.
