Q: Trackpad and Mouse Issues after update

I just did the OS X EI Capitan Update on my Macbook Pro and now my Trackpad and Mouse are so erratic, it is ruining everything. In fact I cannot even use my laptop anymore because it gets so frustrating. I need help urgently PLEASE.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
