I'm trying to cut down the length of my multicam clip. The average length of my clips is about 4 minutes, but the multicam clip is over 4 hours long with a lot of blank space at the beginning at some after all of the clips. How do I cut out the blank space?

You mean it is all in sync and for some reason there is a lot of empty space at the start and at the end?
I have no idea why that would happen, but if that is the problem, you don't really need to do anything. Just add to your project the relevant part of the clip, like you would with any clip.
I want to make it shorter because sometimes I need to work inside my multicam to stabilize clips, for example, since you can't do that on the timeline. Because of the hours of empty space, it takes a long time to actually get to the part where there is video (since I needed to zoom in quite a bit so that the clip doesn't show as just a tiny sliver), so I want to get rid of that space.
PPost some screenshots of the angle editor so we can see what you're talking about. The multicam clip can be marked with in and out points and edited into a project like any other clip.
Inside of my Angle Editor it looks like this. I'm not trying to put the multicam onto the Timeline. I am also aware that I can cut in to where I want the multicam to start playing on my Timeline, but that doesn't affect the hours of black space before and after my clips. I'm trying to get rid of that blank space so that the multicam in the angle viewer is limited to about 5 minutes, not 4 hours of space.
AAre those three items the only ones in the multicam clip? Did you use timecode as a parameter to create the multicam clip? You might try creating it again with different settings.
There are quite a few other angles in the multicam. I synced by audio only. What settings should I change to try to get less blank space? Could the issue be that the clips were from a recording of about 4/5 hours in length, which may be why there is so much blank space?
Are you positively sure that there is nothing in some of the angles at the very start and end of these angles?
Here is what I would do: move the playhead to the very beginning and Command-+ quite a bit and see if there are no short clips in there.

I am pretty sure that there are no clips there. Either way, even if I moved them closer to the other clips, it wouldn't cut out the blank space. I think it may be more related to the timecode issue as Tom mentioned.
FFour or five hour long recording? That could be the reason. Is there anything at zero in any of the multicam angles? If there is, there really isn't any blank space, just a great deal of time covered in the multicam.
OR content created. If they're created over a long expanse of time the pieces will be spread out to the points at which they sync. This is standard behavior for reality TV where the time of the event in relation to other events is important.
For your purposes it might be more useful to make multiple multicam clips in shorter chunks.
