own domain and spam

It used to be possible, back in the day, to host your own domain for iCloud mail - pre-cloud days actually. I stopped doing that because I could not whitelist messages for spam filtering and got a lot of false positives.

I wonder if you can still host a domain ? Cannot find it and I would like to move my domain from gmail back here.
