App stuck on "Installing"

I have an app on my iPhone that is stuck on "Installing." It is a app that had an update, not a new purchase. Here are the steps i have already taken... I have tried deleting the app, it will not delete. I have gone to app store and tried re-installing, it goes to end and hangs... I have restarted phone numerous times. Can't get this app to update/install.

Any help would be much appreciated.
