Kernel Panic

Can anyone help me with this? I have a 2014 Macbook Pro, and this issue may be occurring with two DELL LCD monitors connected separately via the two displayport/thunderbolt connectors. That may be related, but it is not always consistent. I am using displayport-to-DVI adaptors to connect to the monitors. These adaptors have been used without problems on other macs in the past.
