Cant use Iphone 6S on my Mac.

As my Mac is a bit old,I cant access to my Ipone 6s through the computer and cannot sincronice the Iphone to my itunes music library.

As I usually buy physical CDs I barely have music bought from Itunes.Does anyone know how can I copy my music to my knew Iphone.

Thanks.

This all depends on just how old "a bit old" actually is.

If your profile is correct and you have an iMac, if it is a mid-2007 model or newer, you could upgrade to OS X El Capitan and thereby get the current version of iTunes which could communicate to your iPhone 6S.

Upgrade to OS X El Capitan - Apple Support

You would have to perform the above upgrade, then open the App Store, click on the "Updates" tab, and perform all updates there.
