after i hard reset my iphone5s it still says disabled what do i do now ? also it is stuck in airplane mode

i did that already & its still says disabled
Did you see the third way to restore in the support article that explains how to put the phone into recovery mode? Did you try that method?
after hard reset phone still says disabled
