My iphone's ICCID is 19-digit, But I want to use sprint sim card， So I need 20-digit ICCID number. My iphone is 6s sim-free.

The ICCID number is the number on the currently installed SIM. A Sprint SIM will have the appropriate number of digits for a Sprint account. Have you gotten service set up from Sprint yet? When you do, they will give you a SIM.
