Q: Application Sharing Among OS X Users

I have never created multiple users on a computer until now. I am sharing my personal iMac with my mom. When I created her account and she signed in and I clicked launchpad on the dock i noticed all of my installed applications where viewable to her. How do I change this?

I want the programs to remain on the computer so I can use them, but she will never use the programs I do, so they are just taking up space on her launchpad. Is there a way to customize this?
