Why does iTunes not see my Photo Library to share on the network?

I am trying to view my Photo Library on my Apple TV4. That library lives on an external drive since it is several hundred gigs.

It is set up as my System library

within "iTunes-File-Home Sharing-Choose Photos to share" I only see my local "Pictures" folder.

Is there a way to select the attached drive and look for the library?
