Contact Charter and encourage them to get an agreement in place. There is nothing anyone here can do to change that.

Feb 13, 2016 12:07 PM in response to Kilgore-Troutby janemcvideo,I have called Charter and according to them it is Apple - which doesn't make sense because as I stated originally Charter and Apple have agreements for IOS but not TV0S. I expressed my displeasure and asked when they expected to get an agreement in place - no answer of course except I should call Apple. Charter does have agreements with Apple for other Apple TV apps/ channels like FXNow.
