My card is rejected, cant download from store, cant iTunes. And my country is not in list, so i cant provide phone. How to contact Apple Support? Help?!

Hello, my MasterCard is rejected, but all information is correct. So i cant download anything or to synchronize with iTunes.


I tried to contact Apple Support, but my country (Ukraine) is not in list. So when filling form from other countries, i cant provide correct phone number.


How to contact Apple Support? How to chat with them without phonecalls?

Please, help, its urgent!!

What type of Mastercard is it, debit or credit ? If it's debit then that might be why, not all debit cards seem to still work.


If you are getting a 'declined' message then yo've contacted the card issuer to see if it's then who are declining it for use with iTunes ? And the card is registered tot he same name and address, including spacing and layout, as you have on your iTunes account and was issued by a Ukrainian bank ? Do you have a different card that you could try ?

Thank you very much for detailed answer! My question is not urgent anymore, but still pretty annoying. So yea, i will try asking local bank about declining, maybe they changed something on my card. And also will know if wont forget, if its debit or credit... That was good tip, thank you )


Name and address are pretty much same, as i didnt change anything on my purpose in bank. But still, Ukraine is country where here now anything can happen especially to banks and stuff... So yea, will ask them very deeply ) Because no, i dont have other such card, like this type. Its dollars-card, other my cards are ukrainian currency cards, so cant be in appstore, i tried some years ago.
