imovie 10.0.3 cuts off ending (about 2 seconds.. but important 2 seconds!) when downloaded to mp4

I'm not experienced with these forums but I was hoping to get something? any guesses, ideas, etc. I'm trying to put something on YouTube for someone's birthday but I need the final 2 secs.

I guess one has to be more patient.

FYI... after it cut off the 1st time I manually highlighted or "selected" the entire clip... made sure it plays all the way in IMovie & tried again, but same result. Then I reduced the size/quality but that didn't do anything...
