could this be a hack

I accidentally clicked on advertisement and this popped up came on my Iphone 6s Plus , As soon I saw this I turned off my Wifi and cleared the cookies and history. The phone seems to be working fine. Should I be OK I am new with the Iphone ( steal learning how to use the phone ). Thanks for the help. I just want to make sure that their is no Hidden Apps or Virus installed on the phone
