Exporting from Motion 5 question

I just exported my project as a share movie, and when I was watching the project I saw that the CPU was being used at 75 percent of its resources. Is this normal if you have a mac pro quad core and all the cores spike up to 70 percent

I just want to know because because this is a mac pro late 2013

This only happens with the export clip of the motion project which has about 162 gig its a 4K morphing of of sequence of photographs.
