iPhone 5s cannot answer or make calls, only works with WiFi calling

My iPhone 5s will answer a call but its muted. I cannot hear caller and vice versa. Same happens when I make a call. Everything is muted. I can only call on WiFi calling and that's maybe every 1 out of 4 calls that I can answer. PLEASE ADVISE!!! Going crazy over here.....
