What kind of scheduled software updates are you referring to? The iPhone's iOS will not update without user interaction. I do not believe that any iOS update will download unless on Wi-Fi anyway.

Settings->iTunes & App Stores->Use Cellular Data, make sure its turned off.
Settings->Cellular->App Store, make sure its also turned off.
Other than that, iOS software updates should not download over cellular data due to the download limit of 100MB. Most updates will normally exceed that size, so cannot be downloaded unless the iPhone is connected to Wifi.

I'm sorry, but this tells us nothing? Do you have Background App Refresh turned on? If you go to Settings>Cellular, what is showing using an amount of cellular data that matches that?
Not sure what those are, but they are not Software Updates.
Sizes are way too small for Updates. Even for Apps at 30 or 40MB thye would be very very small. So only 2 of those would possibly be automatic updates to Apps. Those can be turned off in the Cellular option as suggested above.
Beyond that, there's no way to tell from what you posted what that data usage belongs to.
Your carrier logs accumulated data usage to its billing system every 3 hours. Those times are not when data transfers occurred, each one is a total of the previous 3 hours of usage.
