hiding warning symbols

HI everyone,


I made this chart to keep track of my gas mileage and as you can see it tells me that you cannot divide by zero, but when I have numbers in the two boxes it works fine. So please tell me how to get rid of the red triangle and leave the box blank, because I want to average the MPG (H) column.

there are several ways to tackle this problem, here are two:


=if(f2<>0, d2/f2, "")


or


iferror(d2/f2, "")
