When capturing a screenshot, I've changed the default file format from png to pdf and have forgotten how I did it. I wanted to show a friend how to do this, but need to be reminded how it's done. Does anyone out there know how to change the default format?

Thank you Kim. I've shared this with my friend and look forward to hearing if this worked for him too. Since I already have changed my format to pdf, I don't want to chance doing more in the terminal than is absolutely necessary!! I appreciate your help!!
