Can't change NAS Volume icons

I am running El Capt 10.11.3 (15D21) and I can't seem to change the volume icons for my Network Attatched Storage drive (NAS).

I have tried disabling the csrutil at the terminal and confirms that this has been done.

All other volumes such as the Mac HD can be changed except for the NAS!

Any advice is welcomed in advance!
