I forgot my payment security code and I lost the card , how do I fix this?

Contact your card issuer and get the card re-issued.

I don't think you can get around that. You will probably need to use another card or get the original replaced by the credit card company. Certainly , if you have lost a credit card, you need to notify the issuing bank!

Either you find the card or you forfeit the value of the card.

If you know the issuing bank, you could try to contact them and supply the gift card number, but I think the chance they would help you even with that information (without the security code) is minuscule UPDATE: zero. After all, if they restored the funding without the security code, anyone could simply use the card number who happened to see it.
