My 2 month old iPad Air has stopped charging. Help please

I purchased an iPad Air new via Amazon in December 2015 complete with charger. It's been working fine but yesterday just stopped charging. I've used a make up brush to clean the element to ensure there's no fluff but it's still not working. Need advice.
