New iphone user. Trying to sync calendar & contacts to iphone 6 from Microsoft Outlook 2013 thru itunes. It recognizes my device and allows me to select sync options but nothing moves over.

Still can't sync my outlook calendar and contacts to iphone 6 after several hours on the phone with apple support. I disabled click-to-run in Outlook but that didn't fix it either. I was hoping to avoid a third party app to accomplish this but I may have no choice. I've exhausted the apple job aid to trouble shoot this problem. Is anyone syncing outlook to iphone successfully thru itunes?
