in-app purchases wont go through

I Ve been pla a game latly and i just submitted a $10 dollar i-tunes card and then my account said $10.20 and so i went to my game looking to but a $10 in app purchase, although itunes said i had insclusent funds so i though it was a little glitch so i turned it off and back on and tried again. So i tried it again and same thing happened i look through everything and tried everything but it just didnt work. The game was called, Motor World: car factory
