Iphone 6S stuck in reboot loop, then error 9.

So yesterday I was trying to send a snapchat when my screen froze.
Since this has happened before on earlier iphones, I just put it into my pocket and expected it to be back to normal soon.

However when I took it up five minutes later, it was stuck in the so called ''Reboot loop''.
Reading about it, I tried several ways which could of solve it, but none worked. So the last option noted was to restore it. Which isn't a big deal, I got backups, but I keep getting Error 9 via Itunes.

Ive tried:

Three different computers
Three different cables

Made sure my Itunes and windows are fully up to date

Tried both windows and macbook air

All the different USB hubs on my computer.

Pretty much everything they tell you to try.

Do anyone have a absolute clue what I should do?
This phone is not even a month old yet.

Thanks in advance!

Check your security software

Errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1611, 9006.

Sometimes security software can stop your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.

Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't blocking a connection to the Apple servers.

If you still see the error message, check for USB connection issues.
