Icloud suddenly stopped sharing Minecraft to my daughters Ipad

We recently made some changes on our Icloud family shared devices. My wife was using my Apple ID and had me set up her own one. Now a few days later my daghter tried to get on Minecraft on her iPad (yes, sharing is clicked on all devices), and it says this app is not shared and she will have to buy it. I bought it on my iPad a few years ago and she has been sharing ever since. So she goes to the app store to check the app. and it has the little "open" button. So shes clicks it and it begins opening, but then a window pops up again and says it isnt shared she has to buy it. Any help would be appreciated!
