After creating USB in bootcamp, no bootable device

HHey everyone. I've been trying to get Windows 7 installed on my Late 2013 21.5" iMac 14,2. I've created the ISO, used boot camp to copy the ISO and download support software and partition the drive. Once it revoots, it tells me there is no bootable device. Before cooying the files, I made sure that the USB was formatted as Fat32 as Master Boot Record, but the USB stick isn't bootable. I've installed before, but not without a ton of trohble. Any tips?

iMac, I'm now running on El Capitan

1. Download the ISO from M$ - 64-bit only, over a wired connection.

2. Put it in your Documents folder.

3. Unmount the ISO, if mounted.

4. Disconnect all external storage and peripherals, and run SMC/NVRAM Reset.

5. Run BCA. Connect USB when prompted by BCA.

6. Point to ISO in the Documents folder, when prompted.

7. Partition when prompted by BCA.

8. Do not interrupt till Windows installer starts.

9. Disconnect all network connections physically before selecting Bootcamp partition.

10. Install Windows and create a Windows System Restore point.

11. Connect to the network and test.
