I was putting a case on to my iPhone 6s and I was putting a lot of pressure onto the screen while trying to get the case to fit on to it. Is it possible that I can damage the screen or touch sensors and decrease sensitivity by putting to much pressure onto the screen?

Anything is possible but I wouldn't worry about it.

Besides, your phone is still in warranty. It's not as if you (or an unauthorized repair shop) took it apart.
