Is Apple having troubleshooting with the ''iPhone Software Update'' download servers lately ?

I have tried to download the last update (1_9.2.1) for my iPhone 5s with iTunes.


It starts to download the Software Update and it stops after 5-6 minutes. I tried the Wi-Fi download directly from my iPhone, same issue.


Everything is fine on my computer (Windows 10), I tried to turn off the Firewalls, change USB cable, uninstall iTunes and reinstall it. Still the same ''There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone ''My iPhone''. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later.''.


I've been trying to find a solution for the past 4 hours.
