Restart it with the Option, Command, and R keys held down.

If that sequence doesn’t do anything and your computer shipped with Mac OS X 10.6.2 or earlier, phone Apple and order a replacement, or buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store.

If that sequence doesn’t do anything and your computer shipped with Mac OS X 10.6.3 through 10.6.8, phone Apple and order a replacement.
