I have the same problem as many before me, but none of the answer did me any good.
So the problem is that Itunes won't submit my podcast. it says "Cant download episodes from your feed"
This is the feed link fee burner told me to use after I connected it with wordpress
http://feeds.feedburner.com/wordpress/hquE
It feel like a tried everything, the feed is valid.

It seems your podcast has one episode with a link to an image:
http://castfeedvalidator.com/?url=http://feeds.feedburner.com/wordpress/hquE Since the iTunes Store is looking for audio, video or documents, it will not accept your Podcast submission.
Did you read support documents at Wordpress.com on how to create a Podcast? Checking your site, there does not seem to be a category for Podcasts, which Wordpress.com usually recommends.

I recommend getting support for the software that is making your Podcast feed. Since this is Wordpress, speak with them about creating a podcast feed with audio content in your episodes.
Once you have created your feed, test it in iTunes desktop:
File > Subscribe to Podcast.
If your episodes show and you can play them, re-submit your Podcast.
